Version 4 is Live!

Attention, Gunners! We’re excited to bring you another impactful update for Good Kill! With your valuable feedback, we’ve added game-changing features, improved existing systems, and fixed bugs to enhance your battlefield experience. Here’s what’s new in Version 4: New Additions and Improvements

• Automatic Magazine Reload: Weapons now automatically reload when out of ammo—stay in the action!
• Invert Mouse Option: For left-handed players and those preferring an alternate control scheme, we’ve added an option to invert mouse movement for a more comfortable experience.
• Explosive Reactions: Allies and enemies now react dramatically to explosions—watch them fly!

Bug Fixes and Adjustments Weapon Fixes:

• Initial magazine reload issues for M14 and M60 resolved.
• Overheating UI glitch when switching door weapons fixed.

Level Reworks:

• Enemy spawn points, explosive actors, and cover placements in Levels 03–10 adjusted for better pacing and strategy.
• Empty Gaz66 issue in Level 07 fixed.
• Level 01 Gaz66 Movement Issue: Movement problems resolved to improve gameplay.

• Helicopter Airborne Improvements: Smoother controls with limited drift distances.
• Cinematic Audio Fix: Background and minigun sounds no longer continue during cutscenes.
• Persistent Health Bug: Low health sound issues fixed when starting a new level.
• M16 Explosion Effect: Blast radius reduced for better balance.

Enhanced Gameplay and Visuals

• M14 FOV Adjustments: Improved aiming clarity.
• UI Refresh: Hints and button sounds updated in level completion scenes.
• Explosive Actor Improvements: Levels 02, 08, and 09 updated for balanced difficulty.

New Sounds

• Voice cues added for Target Search, health kit use, and hero damage or death.
• Helicopter pilot sounds now pause correctly when the game is paused.
